Thanks everybody! Will be posting another one once my finals for school are done!

I dont undertand jawbreakers. How can it be that small with so much color?

How old was that one? I thought they had to grow out for a long time before comor comes in. And even lobger for green? I have a few twice as big with no color

Like with any living thing - It's about good genetics. If it comes from a great mother, the colors will be there and many times right away. Lackluster mommas will (in most cases) spawn lackluster babies.

people believe this, however I had a completely orange mushroom go on to become over 50% red with several good spots of green. And the majority of babies start out with no red, some have more red and some have green now.

It all comes down to patience. Waiting it out is the best thing you can do for your jawbreaker. The colors will come.

Yeah that's why I said in most cases. It's plausible for a lackuster momma JB to produce a stellar JB. But many cases they will look similar.
