Should be alright. Clown gobies are rarely on the sand and jawfish are rarely off the sand. That being said Clown gobies are incredibly dumb and will likely not get the hint for awhile to stay way from the jawfish hole. Also for the jawfish make sure you have a very deep sandbed and a tight fitting lid
