What is his diet like? I’d suggest possibly switching foods. He appears fine other than the color loss. I’d try some LRS Fish Frenzy. Do you have any Selcon on hand?

Is he new? Almost every single BSJ I have ever owned develops this weird bacterial infection that only Kanaplex + Metroplex seems to treat. They even call it "BSJ disease".

Been feeding a mix of Hikari frozen food. And I’ve had him for about 5months now. Do I need to move to a quarantine tank to treat with those meds or are they safe to treat in the reef tank?

Those meds are NOT reef safe. However, I doubt he has BSJ Disease if you've had him 5 months.

Any recent additions to the tank? Fish, corals, inverts??

No new additions, fish he’s currently with we’re there before him.

Correction: no new fish or inverts but I have added some SPS frags.

It's possible for parasite tomonts, worm eggs and/or harmful bacterium to be brought in on coral frags.

Hmm ok, I was afraid you were going to say that. Guess I’ll just wait then and pull him out to medicate if I notice he isn’t eating?
