Hello everyone

I had this tank up and running for only 4 weeks until I decided to go bigger. Most major resellers have raised the price of this tank from high 300's to mid 500's now.

Price $350 and I would rather sell it to someone who is local 11357 (NYC area) for pick up.
Tank has never been exposed to any harmful chemical and copper.

you can find these things used on Craigslist for around $200 with the stand.......
Not really the led versions. Just the quad power compact ones. But I could be mistaken.

Lol... purple up ... classy[emoji106]

well to be completely honest, I just found this same tank for sale a couple months ago, jbj 28g intermediate led version with the stand for $175 and I bought it! currently set up right now. so yes you can find these things for cheap. for $450, you could find a red sea max c130

That's a great deal, It is weird how all 3 major retailers raised the price of this tank from 380 something to 538-545. So yeah, based on old retail price and conditions it does make sense. However, as I have mentioned earlier, this has only been used for weeks, no scratch, dent or flaw, so practically new
Anyways, I just got off the phone with a potential buyer and I believe the tank is going to be gone tonight. Thanks for your input.

Buyers
  • Questions regarding brand, type, size, etc. by those who are genuinely interested in buying the item are allowed. However, questions about price (including alternative offers that are lower than posted price) or critiques of the sale should be directed to PM.

If I was close by I would most def buy this cube for 450 that's an awesome price especially for a tank that was only used for a couple of weeks. There's always someone trying to ruin your sale smh. Anyways Brian I hope you sell this beautiful tank.

LOL, tell me about it, people just want stuff for non sense prices and not consider what it is actually worth.
I understand that once it is used, either a day or a month, everything will depreciate but you can't try to buy, for instance, a month old car with less than 500miles for the price of a 5 years old with 50k miles....you get the idea.
Anyways, I am about to close the deal today and hopefully it will be out of my garage soon.

Nah, one of the lfs that wanted to set it up in their store had a last minute change of mind and the other asked for a few more days to decide
