I have the led lights in my hood and my question is how long should I be running the day lights and are they any good or should I be looking to upgrade the lights.

And any other info on this tank that you know that would be helpful?

I had the Pro model. Sorry to be that guy but, I was HIGHLY unimpressed by the Leds. I later got a JBJ light for my QT and again. Amazingly poor. Not sure how its possible honestly.

The only other issue I had was a lot of build up in the back chambers, so I would avoid rubble chato etc. Look at the JBJ cube mods for the best possible skimmer you can get. I really liked the proportions and dimensions of the tank. Neat display. Its pretty easy to hack a new light into the hood.
I even used a 12v cross current in the hood for extra cooling on a $14 dc temp controller.

Look into Rapid LED.

They have DIY kits and good reviews.

IMO Depending on the model you have probably a six to eight hour peak and and the rest of the blues an hour or two before and after.

Not sure if you have three plugs or two for timers. Mine had three. So I used one for an hour then added the next and then the next.
