JBJ 45 filtration.

I recently purchased one of these (my first saltwater tank). I really love it so far but can't help but wonder if the filtration couldn't be somehow improved? The first stage of its filtration is only a very coarse and open sponge. My water isn't super cloudy but it could definitely be clearer. Any thoughts on this?

Purchase the InTank media baskets for the JBJ RL-45 if you want REALLY good filtration. I used them on mine and my tanks awesome

Ok I checked that out. Thanks. Looks like that works by filling the entire filter slot?

Yes, it will fill the entire filter section. Its a good purchase for that tank.
