Actually, I did some digging around on the internet. Are they threaded in or press fit? I came across a post from someone wanting to upgrade his 45 to larger returns since they kept coming off on him.
They might just be a fitting that is obtainable from JBJ or their distributers, I would bet the folks at BRS could hook you up.
