JBJ 45 longevity?

My JBJ 45 flat panel is about 2.5 years old and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience keeping these for several years? I’ve heard they are prone to splitting after a few years but am not sure if that’s just the curved panel or the flat panel too.

The cracking/splitting issue was with the curved edge tanks.
