Jbj 45 plumping

Just purchased a used jbj 45, however it did not come with tubing for only one part, so I have no get more. I have some 1/2 inch vinyl I thought would fit, but it does not. Does anyone here know what size tubing I'd need for it for my return pump?

On my jbj 30 rl it was 1/2" tubing. It fit onto the maxijet heads. I would think the 45 is no different.

Are you sure you are using 1/2" ID tubing?

Yeah, I've already used it on a half inch barbed fitting, I think I just have to try heating it, someone told me earlier.

You could try a softer tubing too.
