So I just unpackaged this unit, set in up per instructions.......and nothing. I lifted the sensor up out of the water to simulate low water, the pump light comes on, but the pump never actually turns on. I took the pump out to test it separately and it works fine when plugged in by itself into an outlet. I even went as far as replacing the tubing thinking the cheap airline tubing was linking.....still nothing. The reservoir is sitting in a closet behind my tank and the line running through the wall.....maybe 2 ft run.
