Jbj chiller not turning on?

I just hooked up my jbj 1/10 chiller. It’s not turning on ? I have it plugged in to power and have verified the receptacle has power along with the cord itself having power going to it. I turned on the pump everything is good no leaks. The chiller itself doesn’t have an on/off switch just a turning dial for a fuse. It said to run pump for a few minutes and the chiller would turn on automatically it’s been like 20 mins now

Brand new, everything looks good

Did you have to let it stand for 24 hours first before turning it on?

When you power it, you should get a red temperature display, whether it needs to cool or not, no waiting.
The turning dial is a screw in fuse, make sure it is righty tighty, and that the fuse is not blown

I have the same chiller. Probably a blown fuse. Had mine go out this week too.

I have had a couple blown fuses. Keep them on hand. I know it is new, but could still be bad fuse. Good luck!

Thanks everyone , after about 2 hours it finally turned on thought it was a bad fuse but I set it in there and it finally kicked on
