JBJ nano ato not working

I have the jbj nano ato on my 20gal and it all of a sudden started blinking red i checked everything the pump was submerged but it wasnt filling the tank up. Everything had power pls help now

Usually the red light indicates a time out for running to long. Might want to call JBJ customer service and see what’s happening. If you haven’t unplugged for 10 seconds then try that and then plug it back in.

Having the same issue with my JBJ nano ATO? Was your issue resolved and how?

Many times I've had mine run dry...so I usually have to reset by unplugging both cords.

Also, clean the sensor. I actually took the cage off my sensor and occasionally wipe it with paper towel or feel with my fingers for build up. I've been having the red light come on more frequently and usually wiping off the sensor works.

I question the durability of the little pumps, I've replaced at least one or two. They seem to be rated to pump more head than i would expect, but likely last longer if they aren't pushed too much.
