I have a 3 gallon pico and I'd like to upgrade the stock lighting. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was originally looking at the reefbreeders par38 but I then read on another forum that it was overkill on another members tank. I guess I could just raise the light.

The dm36 from reef radiance comes with a controller an you can adjust from 10% to 100% with it or just get one that's dimmable and get the dimmer or like you stayed the higher it goes the less par
