JBJ RL-20 Shallow Reef Build

The elite. The pipeless design is awesoem and saves alot of space. But its a PAIN to fine tune and the micro bubbles make me cringe. Lol.

Where in TN are you located?

Well shoot, I was gonna invite you to my local reef club, but Shelby county is a haul from Knoxville!

Sorry everyone been kinda busy with work, the holidays, and waiting for everything to come in the mail. But here is the top view request from [HASHTAG]#ballz[/HASHTAG]. I will have to mention I love my MP10wqd when Eco tech Marine said quiet drive they meant quiet and the wave pump is super strong for this shallow reef. I only have it set to the third led level.

I did end up upgrading my lighting. I had decided to go with the Aqua Illumination Hydra TwentySix and getting a custom stand/mount made for the light fixture. Where I could be able to enjoy looking at my tank and still do maintenance and etc without worrying about getting the light wet or moving it.
I also finally got the Cad Lights Elite PLS-50 Skimmer hooked up and going. Still letting it brake in so no comments on it for now.

I bet. I use to have a 24g jbj nanocube years ago. Almost went with another until I saw the sexy rimless tanks. Pretty sure I went with the right one :)

Looking good, I'm going to have to update mine in a little. Done with fish, adding coral. Got a new light ( which was my problem with corals) will be adding my refugium this week

side note, does anyone have the top portion that hides the back part for sale? mine broke......

I ended up doing a Cadlight 40 gallon build. I still have the tank but it's not setup anymore.

I'm seriously considering, getting back into the hobby, my last tank thrived very well with minor issues the corals flourish but sadly I moved and had to break it down, and moving half way across the country makes it almost impossible to relocate the tank.
I just came across the new JBJ rimless tanks and I am considering the 45 gallon, not in a hurry yet so it will be a while.
Your 20 is looking really good so far.
