Jebao app “user does not exist”

Im on vacation and i noticed my ph is not dropping as normal during the night. In my webcam i verify that the pump i have in my kalk container has turned on so im now dosing slurry.

I go to the app to turn it off but find i can not log in anymore. I get a “user does not exist” error. Anyone else had any similar experience recently?

I had that app open this morning. It seemed fine. All I did was adjust my wavemaker speed.
