Jebao controller faulty?

I have a Biocube 32 gallon reef tank that is about a month old. I plugged in the new Jebao SOW4. It ran for maybe 2 seconds. Now the controller blue lights that indicate speed are blinking. I’ve made sure all connections are tight, unplugged and plugged back in.
Anyone have the same experience or any idea how to troubleshoot?

Sorry, I unplugged it for 15 seconds, plugged it back in and it started working.
I don’t think all the functions are correct but it’s more or less working.
