First of all, yes I know I should have gotten a name brand pump. Now that we got that out of the way,

Has anyone gotten the ER-04 error from their Jebao DCP?
I have a brand new DCP-8000 and I get that error every time I plug it in.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you taken the pump apart? I have a 4000 and it works well.

Yeah I took it apart. The impeller spins hard but I took it out and it still shows the low voltage error. I've tried several different outlets in my basement

hey, I am having the same exact problem now, did you manage to solve it?

From what I can see doing a quick search, that error means the impeller has stopped spinning. Have you tried taking it apart and cleaning it? Inspecting the impeller? I have 3 of these pumps, they are very easy to clean

well the funny thing is that the pump stopped working after I have cleaned it :D anyway I did manage to make it work, turns out there was a bit of water in the power cable-controller connection..
