Does anyone have any experience with the jebao dc return pumps? I was thinking about getting the dcs 9000 for my 57 rimless. I am over the mag 5. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Been using them for around 2yrs now and really like them. The 9000 is a large return for a 57g but you can dial it down quite a bit. I say go for it.

I use the dc9000 on my setup and not a single issue and I even bought it used :)
Just like any other pump keep it clean and it will go a long time

I'm running a 6000 now and haven't had any issues for the 9 months the tank has been up. I clean it every 2-3 months. I also have a 9000 as a back up.

I'm running a DCS12000 on my 270 gallon display , and a DC6000 on my 80 frag with (2) deluxe BRS reactors. Have had the DC6000 for over a year, and DCS12000 for about 6 months. All without issues. Plan on replacing the DCS12000 with a DCT15000 (for higher flow) and moving the DCS12000 over and utilizing it in place of the DC6000. They re inexpensive and are very cost effective. Highly recommended!!!!!

Wow! That seems like overkill. I'm running a Waveline DC6000 on my 90 DT that replaced a MAG 9.5. That 6000 is rated at 1585 gph. The 9000 is rated at 2378 gph. Granted, they are adjustable, but I'd consider a much small pump to replace that MAG 5.

I run a DCT4000 for my return and DC3000 for my sump manifold and both have been great pumps. Really like the ability to control water flow. I've had the DC300 for over a year with 0 problems, just clean every other month and it hums along, very quiet.

Thanks for the help guys! Well I was. Doing the plumbing and for some reason have all 1/2 return so I have a crapload of headloss. The dcs9000 seems to be pushing the right amount of water so far. I just put an mp10 on as well and there is all kinds of detritus flying around now.
