Jebao dcw 2000 for nano 30L

Just wanted to share my thoughts with this pump. I was running my tank with the oe Im pump. To the defense of that pump it wasnt flowing anywhere near max capacity. I decided to get a new pump before that one completely failed.
I picked up the Jebao DCW 2000 white and red pump on amazon for 51.00. Advertised at 600gph.

I just installed the pump. Downside tothe install,the two supplied fittings will not fit the oe lines for the return heads. To fix this I simply took a knife and a file and reduced the size of the oe outlet flange base. That way it would fit in the new lock ring. Only down side I've seen so far.

Noise- I cant even tell this pump is on! Even at max speed I couldn't hear it.
Controller - incredibly easy to use. Even has a feed setting.
Water flow - I cannot run this pump at max. It will completely drain the built in sump area. This is exactly what I wanted. Running at 30% I'm second guessing if I even need the Nero 3 I just bought lol.

Overall, this pump is a great buy especially for the price range. Simple controls massive output and not a sound from the pump. If you are looking to upgrade your oe pump from the aio systems this pump should definitely be a contender!

I use a dcp-3500 return pump on my 20gal, love it. Its at 38% to keep the eshopps overflow happy. Also have the dp-4 doser, it works but no matter what I do it draws little bubbles in.

So far I love mine. Only running 3 heads right now but i will probably hook alk up to the 4th as I seem to run through alk
