Jebao do pump hard plumbing

Does any using a jebao dc return pump have theirs hard plumbed into their system? If so where did you get the sch40 adapter to attach it? Are you using a combo of nylon hose and sch40?

I am using a combo flex tube to PVC from my jebao return pump
It is easy maintenance with a small section of flex tubing

I had a DC6000 plumped into my Closed loop when it was on my 180. IIRC it threaded right up. I now have it on my current system as the main return and I threaded sch40 onto it and did a 45 then went into flex pipe to minimize vibration. I had Zero issues connecting it. I got the parts at my baby home depot too. It was 1" i believe. may have been 1 1/4"

Mine is 100% hard plumbed. Everything came from Home Depot.

You guys didn't have any issues with the sch40 threading onto the pump? Sch40 is tapered right? The pump isn't?

I didnt think it was tapered at all. IM not a fitting expert, but the ones they sold me at THD fit just right and threaded on really good. just used some teflon tape.

You want a 1-1/2" socket to threaded schedule 40 adapter.

But go to the blue box store. I work there not the orange one. I can't in good faith let people advise the other store on my thread when I work at the blue one.
