Jebao Doser 2.4 WiFi 4-Channel Auto Dosing Pump ?

Anyone using this thing, wadda think and do you trust it?
(I used the old Jaebo doser for a while but dunno if I trust it for mission critical task .....

Its around $80 -$100 on Ebay & Amazon .... compelling vs A BRS doser and using my last outlet On my EB8

Hmm, I too use the old style doser from them. No complaints, however, I know this doser is only temp for now.

I understand the concern with the wifi disconnecting and you were dosing a significant amount you could tank your alk for sure.

if you see using this as a “starter” doser, not much consumption I would try it. BUT that is only because if it did disconnect my alk would not go down too much within a day or two. If it were an established system I think I would go a bit better for a wifi enabled doser or use the BRS wired doser.

got one, been running for about 6 month. reliable. The dosing head are smaller compared to the old jebao, but less noisy. kinda easy to program on the app, but I hated that I couldnt change the name of the individual dosing pump (like naming dosing 1 to calcium, dosing 2 alk, etc). Dont expect much support on it. Had lot of trouble connecting it to my network to begin with, to the point that it was deemed defect and I was refunded...they never asked to send back the unit. Found out later that I had to rename my wifi "WI-FI" for it to connect....once done, work like a charm.

what size tubing does this use? standard airline 3/16 or 1/4?

mine works fine, uses standard tubing, wifi app is easy and convenient ,

had to adjust my router settings through admin with some help of tech supp, cuz it was always reverting back to 5g only instead of 2.4 as a choice per device used.

so my phone now connects to 2.4g regular network and works the doser . all my other devices (computer etc) connect to 5g

Have you turned her off and on yet?
Maybe there's a upgrade patch?
Or like me just get the newer model
