So i have calibrated my jebao doser to exactly 100ml, now my question is how do i keep it calibrated while removing the tap water thats in the tubes once im done? Do i just put it like that in my sump and just let that bit of tap water get into my tank? And wouldnt it lose the calibration if i removed the tubing to take out that water since it will get air bubbles again?

The calibration is based on how much the pump puts out per revolution of the pump. You can remove the water in the line if you wish. It will not effect the calibration. The amount of water in the line shouldn’t effect your tank either.
if you manually run the water out of the dosing line. You want to manually run the pump again with the fluid you will be dosing. Make sure that you run long enough to clear any bubbles in the line.
Just put the output of the pump line into a cup so that you do not over dose the aquarium

Awesome thanks! I was scared that it might have lost calibration by removing the silicone tubes and letting air back in.
