Basically, you press up on the main screen. The screen will then say correct pumps and list all the dosing heads. Select the head you would like to calibrate. Press up to start the calibration. This will dispense fluid through the pump you selected. Once the pump has dispensed 100 ml of fluid, press up again to stop the calibration. The pump is now calibrated.
Be sure to run some water through the pump before you try to calibrate to make sure all the air is out. It's best to use a pretty precise measuring device, like a graduated cylinder, to make sure you're calibrating with a reasonable level of accuracy.
I got mine off Amazon, $8.00 and free shipping with Prime. While you're buying a 100ml cylinder, though, I'd recommend picking up a 10 ml cylinder as well. 5ml and 25ml aren't bad sizes to have either. I find them very useful for manual dosing and making DIY dosing solutions. You can often find a pack containing a 100ml cylinder and a few others for a pretty good price.
