Can anyone tell me, if I unplug this unit will I lose current dosing program schedules?

You shouldn't lose the programming unless the battery dies. I got mine form a local reefer, and he hadn't used it in several months, i had to clear his programming to use mine.

It has an internal memory in the event of power outage
