Anyone with a DP-4 having issues with a head not keeping it's prime. I've been having issues where I constantly have to manually push air out of the dosing tube, and by that I mean practically the entire line.

may be your tube move and it doesn't submerged in your dosing container

No it's in a 1 gallon jug about 90% full with the tube secured all the way at the bottom. I dropped it off at my LFS to see what they can do. They said they've emailed Jebao about it yesterday and just waiting to hear what they say. I trust this LFS and know they will do the right thing one way or another. When I bought the thing the first head didn't work so the prime issue on pump number three is the second issue. From Jebao one pump not working, not happy but can make it work but two out of four pumps not working, no something needs to be done.

@Miami_reefer found a simple solution to this. I think he said he got some small check valves or something along those lines

Airline check valves. The dosers aren't the best in the world but the accuracy is on point and the programming is fairly simple. The check valves keep the line primed and don't restrict the flow at all. I would still run a calibration after installing the valves to be sure.

Update: LFS did make good on it and refunded me my money. So I spent $60.00 more and got 2 BRS 1.1 mL dosing pumps. They seem to dose ALOT slower, so not having a sump, I like that. Took forever to prime and calibrate them but all looks good so far.
