Jebao ow-25 help!

Hey guys so being the cheap powerheads they are I'm having issues with my jebao ow-25 mainly the power supply. I can no longer read the specs on it nor can I find any information online. If anyone has this power head could you please send me a pic of the voltage and amprege ratings. Or of you have ever replaced the power supply with another could you reffrence me to what you used
