I have a normal 55 gall and just got in the mail the Jebao ow-25 and can’t seem to find any good information by other users. My question is where should I place it and what speed. I’ve played with it for several hours and can’t seem to find a happy middle with getting rid of dead zones and surface Agitation. Please help thanks

I have two of those pumps, plus two Reef Power RP-m's, 2 MJ-1200's and one IceCap 3K in my standard 125-gallon setup, and I still have a dead spot that I can't get clear. I have another 3K I'm considering placing but the reality is, I will always have a dead spot or two somewhere. The best bet is to find a configuration that permits the fewest dead spots and where the dead spots are, make it so that you can relatively easily remove the detritus build-up when doing routine maintenance. Remember, as your corals grow out and fill in space the flow and dead spots will change.

Thanks for the advise. I only have a gsp right not so it’s kinda hard seeing the flow. I’ll just keep moving and see what fits best
