Got a Jebao OW-50 for my 6ft 125 gallon, trying to figure out what settings I should go with and if I should get a second same size or smaller for the other side of the tank. Currently going with mostly soft coral and some fish. Settings with the wavemaker are still confusing but since I cant see the currents well yet I have no clue if the settings are too high. Only other flow is the return for the sump at 700ish gph and that is going straight along the back of the tank while the wavemaker faces more center front.

Get another one. Put one on each end.
The bar across the top shows the pump power. Set it by pushing the speed button.
W1 is a an on off pulse mode. The knob sets the on off time longer as it is turned to the right
W2 is a sine wave mode. The pump speed goes up and down in a regular patters. Knob sets how fast this happens
Else is a random speed mode.
C is constant single speed

I almost always use W1 with these pumps.

2 pumps cam be set in master slave mode so you get alternating pulses from each end of the tank.

Slowly turning the knob in W1 mode will let you find timings that create standing waves. Kind of interesting for a while until the water sloshes out of the tank.
