Are these usually pretty silent? Mine seems to be giving off a constant vibrating sound. And is the pp-20 and the rw-20 the exact same but different name?
Pp20 has a stronger magnet and preceded the rw. It should be pretty quiet, if not I would take it out and take it apart and make sure nothing is between the magnet and motor block.
