I have looked around but didn't find much so I have a 120 4x2x2 I'm getting ready to think about ordering some wave makers I think I'm going with the jebaos but what does every one think the best combo would be 1 wp40 two wp25s r two wp40s and I heard awhile ago they were working on a controller that does two pumps any updates on that? Thank guys appreciate any input

I just purchased two of the WP-40's for my 125g 60"x24"x20" but only have one of them installed so far since I'll need to do a bit of rearranging to get second one in place because I run a gyre flow setup. A lot of flow and flow options which is nice as hoping to replace (4) Hydor Evo 1400's that were not nearly enough any longer for my corals. I am running it at high speed and random and a fraction of the noise that I had while temporarily running a MP40. I've also heard about the new generation coming out but for the money wasn't going to wait. I would suggest running them overnight in a bucket of FW as mine stained the water (in bucket) bright yellow. Do not think it was toxic as no scent or taste to it, thinking it is residue from plastic molding process ???

Cheers, Todd

Sorry Todd, that was from me, I couldn't wait

Two WP-25s, the 40's are huge and look completely out of place in a 4 foot tank besides being too powerful. I tried a 40 in my 5 foot tank and removed it the first day in favor or two 25's. I have posted photos of them side by side along with and Evo 1400 and Nano 425 multiple times as well as power consumtion data. A search will bring it up and *-you can see how huge the 40's are, twice as big as the Evo and they are not small either

I was thinking the 25s due to size alone but was not sure about the power of them I would want them to link together or due you think them running seprate would create an ok flow pattern

I have a 25 in each back corner and they run independently of each other for random flows. Thats one of the great things about the Jebaos, they have their own built in controllers and do not require a separate controller or need to be linked together.
