Jebao RW-8 powerheads

Sorry about that. Has anyone any experience with these Jebao RW-8 powerheads? I came home yesterday and neither of them were working although all the power and program lights were on.
I tried to reset them by unplugging and setting the program again but nothing at all. I think I have followed the original instructions to the letter. I'm wondering if I had a power outage which caused them to lose the programming but I am at a loss as to why I can't reset them?
