Jebao SCP-120 programming?

Does anyone know how to program a Jebao SCP gyre? The instructions suck. I have a couple SCP-120's I also have an Icecap 3k. I love how easy the Icecap is to program and really like the ramp up and down cycle on it. I'd like to know how to make my Jebao do this. My Jebao's are silent where my Icecap is whiney.
