Jebao warranty

Good evening all-
I have a couple slw30 wave makers and was wondering how people have got them repaired/warrantied? I bought them in February but just opened them a week ago. One is starting to sounds like a bearing is squeaking and motor is a little rough running. Is it too far from purchase to get fixed?

I not got your specific wavemakers ,but mine im my instruction manual tells me how to fix certain small things that go wrong with them ( trouble shooting guide) and also stuff what covered under warranty and what isn't covered under warranty ,so I'm guessing yours does the same?
If not then give where you bought them a call or email to ask the question but most things come with at least 12 months warranty from date purchased ( not date first used off course as we all can lie ha ha)
If bought from amazon, there usually brilliant and very easy to send back and get replaced.
But if you 12 month warranty just get in touch with whoever you bought it from and go from there is my advice, February till August only roughly 7 months .
With mine when needed assistance,just emailed them and they asked for description off my problem and a short video off problem and they sent me out new impeller then a whole new unit as didnt resolve it with impellar .
But mine are a British manufacturer which just a rebranded jaebo wavemaker I believe,as everything looks same and controller set out exactly same just different badge

Very much welcome and good luck.
Unless complete Mickey mouse company you bought them from,I doubt you have any trouble getting problem rectified if still in warranty period ,unless not covered in warranty, but shouldn't be speaking or rough sounding unless you got super sensitive hearing.
As you didn't get Instructions, in mine says warranty void if turned them on when NOT submerged in water as can damage motor, so bear that in mind when any emails you send them or if they ask you

Have you disassembled and looked for what might be the cause that?
Have they been dropped or are not new?
Where they ever in water, then put in box, may be rusted by now.

Mine 4 years running silent.
I have 9, never a problem unless they are not put back together correctly. Then they can buzz a bit.

They can make noise when the impeller is very worn, or not seated correctly, or something caught in the impeller housing.
