Jebao wavemaker help!!!!

I ordered a jebao sw4 for my tank about a month and a half ago and now it wants to randomly spin backward and I can’t find why I’ve unplugged it changed plug ins still noting will run Normal for a min then backward. Could it be because it needs a cleaning

You cN try cleaning it,leave it unplugged for a day see what happens, I have used jebao before but gave up on them, to many issues when they work they are awesome but to me not worth the hassle. Plan a budget and get better pumps, cheers.
