I have seen these go for as much as $80 used and was wondering if they are any good and if anyone has used them? Lets hear what your using them on and your likes and dislikes...

Use two of them on a 55 gal. There's a one inch wave in there. Really like them. They've been running for a year. Zero issues so far.

I just got mine in the mail; I am hesitant to put it on my biocube 29 because it may move too much water so might wait until my 40b. Regardless, tagging along this thread. Maybe I will hook it up this evening.

If you are looking at pumps, look at the twins. 2 pumps, 1 controller. I ordered the wp10 twins, waiting for delivery.

I got my 10s in today. Box seemed sketchy, tied with string.

Opened it to find a laptop universal power supply, goes to 24v. Not a fan of interchangeable tips.

I am impressed at the size of these pumps, downright tiny

Each pump is cliped into the holder that has 3 rubber isolators between the clip and the magnet base, along with a suction cup over the magnet.

These things are SILENT. I can only yell they are on by looking at the impeller. So far impressed, more to come.

So you have then back pointing slightly in toward the middle?

Do you see much sand movement?

What mode are they set too?

I have one in my 50 gallon tank. Very impressed with it. Worth every penny. I run mine on w1/ s2 settings.

No movement of substrate. Caribsea seaflor select special grade, running the wp10s on else mode
