I am using a Jebao wp-25 in my 70 cube (30x30x18). My problem is even at the lowest setting this thing is making sand dunes/clouds in the tank.
Is there a solution to lowering the intensity even further?

Fish Street sells a power supply where you can lower the DC voltage and slow it down further.

Been a while since I have used the standard controller, but I remember the power settings only working in the W1 setting. If you have it on anything else, it will still include full power in the profile. I have been using a JBWave for many months which gives you full control of the power by one percent increments. I would recommend it for 70 bucks or so before you start spending any money on other adapters.

Where can I find the JB wave controller?

If it is not jbwave.com just google it. I think the guys name is Joe Jawarski or something like that. You can run two controllers at a time from it. It syncs them together or you can run just one.
