Here is what I've done to control my Jebao WP40's via my Apex VDM module.
I followed the instructions on this site to completely remove the Jebao controller and connect the Reef Angel cables to an Ethernet cable to control both pumps independently.

Reef Angel Cables
Soldered Ends and Heat Shrunk
Both completed RA cables to Ethernet cables with heat shrink
Completed with electrical tape for added strength.
