I just bought this tank Jebo R375 kg. I don't know how to setup the water filter on top of the aquarium. If anyone could help it would be great. I've looked all over YouTube and found nothing any help would be great Thanks

It kind of looks like the inlet and pump to a hang on back filter. It sucks the water in and just blows it back out at the front or the top which can be capped or a hose or something added to it if you wanted to use it for water changes. It looks like you just use the suction cups to attach it to the glass and plug it in. As is, it won’t really do any filtering, but would provide water flow.
