Jeboa SOW-8 not moving and the controller is flashing?

I turned it off for a water change and now the tanks filled, it no longer is working - just flashing as can seem below

Anyone got any ideas?
I’ve turned on and off, replugged etc

Evening,

I have the same model, but I have not run into that issue. My best guess is going to be either a controller issue or power pack.

How old is it, maybe under warranty? I think you can buy the controller but Walmart has these for 58$ so may be worth just replacing and using that for spare parts if can’t get it fixed

Weird as it is only a couple months new and was working fine and now suddenly the flashing?
Thats a shout tho I think I'll just message the company I got it from.
