That’s not correct, it may work, but not correct.
Pull power and plug it back in.
If that doesn’t work, the controller is toast.
As long as when it powers on and off it stays at 100%, then if you have no alternative, I’d use that.

Managed to set me return pump at 100% but now it’s stuck I can’t press up down or feed mode I’ve tried turn it on off no luck looks like I’m stuck at 100% now is that ok? Tank is a lot noiser now though

I believe there is a lock mode on these pumps so you don't accidentally change the settings.

press and hold the pause button and it should unlock
