I had purchased a dct-4000 pump September 2017 for my salt water mixing station. I was getting ready to get some sw ready for a water change and this pump is not working. I checked voltage and no power is coming out of power supply. Has anyone else have this issue and how to find the right power supply. I have looked online but the outlet plugs are 2 prong and the one i have is 3 prong.

The amount of prongs doesn't really matter in terms of powering the pump. The three things that matter are plug size (must match the Jebao supply exactly), voltage (must match the Jebao supply exactly, which I think is 24V for their return pumps), and amperage (must be equal to or greater than the current supply).

Do you have any links to replacement supplies that you've found?

I just ordered a new pump. Upon closer inspection the power supply overheated and melted inside. The case is somewhat melted so not sure if pump went bad or just the power supply.

I am glad i purchased a whole new pump. I tried the power supply on the old pump. The old pump was locked up. Which took out the power supply. Not even a year old on a water changing station. And i ran it on low speed most of the time it ran. And i didnt run it non stop. Only when i was mixing water or changing water. I run a powerhead continuously. Very disappointed, i know they are cheap pumps, but if this one goes out early i will spend the money on a quality pump. Just glad i dont have one of these on my dt.
