I bought 2 brand spanking new SOW 20's a week ago. One of them was a little noisy at first, but that lasted a day. The other one however keeps making noise. I switched every part of both powerheads with each other and it's not the rotor making noise. It's actually the 2 rubber/silicone thingies with the ceramic rings in it that cause the noise. I forgot what they're called, hopefully my description is clear enough lol. When I switched those over, the noisy powerhead went silent and the silent powerhead became noisy.
Any quick and easy fix? I'd rather not return it simply because it's a long drive to the LFS.
