Hi,

I brought a Jecord DP-2 dosing pump and set it up as follows but I am not convinced it is dosing on all the times I have set. I have not witnessed all the times as I cannot be around at every dosing time. I have adjust the 2nd dosing to the time when I was there but it never did anything. The only time I have been there to see it work is 21:00. Am I doing something wrong and/or is it missing certain times?

Pump 1
Pn Times Dosing (dosing per day) = 4
Pn Interval Days = 1
Pn Dosing Volume - 1 - 4 = 1ml
Pn Dosing Time 1 = 9:00
Pn Dosing Time 2 = 13:00
Pn Dosing Time 3 = 17:00
Pn Dosing Time 4 = 21:00

I just powered it off and back on again, set Pn Dosing Time 2 to 1 minute time and when it hit the time, it worked. That is worrying as a hard reset kicked it back into life but how do I know this wont happen again. Anyone else seen this problem where the time on the panel is ticking along but the dosing times stop working? Just to confirm, I do need to set "Pn Interval Days" to 1 and not 0 to ensure it doses every day?

OK, the issue is not time elated as I have just waited for the 4th dosing ro work and nothing happened (Pn Dosing Time 4 = 21:00). Just reset the power again so I guess it may work again. Do these things have a firmware update as there is another port on the back and I am wondering now if this is a firmware fault?

I guess no one has seen this issue. I eventually got my money back and they said keep the unit as it was too much to send back. Anyone know how to do a complete reset to wipe out the memory as I would like to do something with this unit?

I'm having the same issue! I just figured it was junk

For both if you, are you losing programming what the unit is unplugged?

Like most all electronics there's a battery on the circuit board.
Mine does no lose the program when un plugged.

The instructions reads for Interval Day "0 means no dosing, 1 means every day, 2 every second day etc.". I have just set the Interval to 0 to see what happens. It would be logical for this to be the problem so maybe the instructions are incorrect.

All the settings are saved if I power off and back on again so I know the battery is OK.

Many thanks for the responses.

Still stops working after 24 hours so it must be a bug in the firmware. Trying to contact the manufacturer in China to see if they have had other reports of this or maybe it is just a bad unit.
