Jelly like substance. Looks a bit like eggs

Hi everyone,

Is anyone able to ID whatever this is in my tank?

I found it randomly on a lot of my rocks, and it is definitely recent. It looks a bit like clear jelly with white spots in it.

Hard to say for sure with deep blue. Always easier with some white light

Could use more white light intensity on pics and I am unable to enlarge but appears bacterial and likely the beginning of calothrix which is a slimy like algae which needs to be removed outside of tank with a firm toothbrush
