I was trying to take some detritus out of the bottom of my 1/2 gallon air powered (creates a circular flow) hang on back fish breeder refugium with a 60cc syringe and when I looked in the syringe I saw a small jellyfish, about 1 centimeter in diameter trying to swim around in it. If I didn’t rotate the syringe it would float to the bottom, unable to swim hard enough to get up. Is it a jellyfish and is it harmful to corals? I tried to post a video of it but the forum wouldn’t allow me. If you want the video please let me know and I’ll find a way to send it to you. Thanks.
