I cannot for the life of me identify these guys, I am also struggling to take a good picture unfortunately.

They tank has been cycling for about 2 months, just had a huge copepod bloom a week and a half ago.

Now I noticed small 1-2mm circles forming on the glass. But today some released from the glass and floating in the water jerking like a jellyfish would. Is this possible? Or the larvae stage of some other creature?

Pics!

Hydroids Medusae. Died Small plankton and particulate matter. Not a problem except in breeding tanks,

Don't worry, you're not hallucinating :) Possible... likely, even.

Many corals go through a life stage that looks like a jelly.

As stated above, it's most likely hydroids. Normal, probably won't last long, and other than momentary interest, not a big deal.
