My LFS has a couple kinda browned out frags for 32 bucks. Not many pics or comments around but kinda intriguing in the pics I can find. It looks like purple and deep red. Any experience?

I have one. still ahsnt colored up for me yet. I have it up high so I may need to lower it.

Since April. I need to take a look at it. It's not brown, just not showing the lighter colors.

From his site this is what it looks like. Mine hasnt really grown and it is in one of the highest sections of my tank in pretty good flow. it is basically the color of the corralites in this photo without the white in between. I may see about lowering it since it really hasnt encrusted at all either.

my boy has one. its beautiful fully colored up. i was gonna grab it from him when he was selling some stuff but he desided not to part out. he has 4 colonys of them, there all colored up besides one of them.

Rob, where does he have it placed and under what type of lighting? I would really like to see mine flourish.

he has them under - 2 250W radium bulb's 7=10" from the water he has a deep tank 48x25x30 he has it placed about 13" from sand bed on his rock then the 2nd one is about 17" up and the last one is 19"+ up in the tank. i forget but he also has 2 MP60's these acros are soso med flow.

OK. I totally appreciate that. I think I need to move mine down since it is about 6" below the surface under my LED. I have the flow covered.

I found this pic on one of Jason's posts. If that's the champagne on the left then I think it's kind of hot.

So mine was sitting in 150 par. Maybe a little dim. Moved it to a 250 par area
