I offer a 3-hour first attempt DOA policy. In case of DOA, refund minus shipping. In case of a delay, the same DOA policy applies plus a 7-day 70% back (minus shipping) stay-alive guarantee. DOA policy is void if the buyer rejects the package or misses first-attempted delivery.
