I have had a frag I got from wwc for months now it really isn't doing much let's see some pics of others and maybe some pointers on this piece

Here's mine when I got it 3/14 it has yet to even cover the frag plug :-( to answer the first question
Alk 8
Nitrate 0
Phos 0
Cal 440
Mag 1200 slowly raising this back to 1400 where it's been for ever not sure how it dropped
3x 165w galaxy hydro leds 100%blue/40%white 10 hrs a day

running 0 Po4's and 0 No3's is part of the issue. What is the ideal Parameters
No3 2 to 5 ppm
Po4 .01 to .02 ppm
Ca 440
Mg 1320 (3 x Ca =mg)
Alk 8 to 9
PH 7.8 to 8.3
If you are hitting between these number you should be good for growth

I try to get nitrates and phos up but it never does I feed mysis/frozen brine and pellets. One one day other the next and I feeeeeeeed lol I did take my bag of carbon and phosguard out of the sump trying to get them up I only have the Api test for both of them but I will know if there is a change just not real specific numbers

How can I get it up without dosing stump remover?

I got one a while back and I've had great growth, but the purple morphed into a dark green. I think I like it better now.

What kind of par value and flow is it in?
Got a pic?

Very nice the eyes really pop on it mine are super small l. Par value of 45 that's pretty low isn't it?

I have been up there also, and I had all kinds of algae in the system. As I say all the time, I feed heavy. I put a bio pellet reactor in place and run a small amount of bio pellets to keep my nitrates in check or I would be in the 20 ppm +

Along with with feeding @ReefFrenzy I feed mysis, reef nutrition products of oyster feast, R.O.E, and rotti feast. I thaw out enough frozen for a week in a 250 ml beaker with 75 ml ro/di and five drops of the reef nutrition product to feed the corals. I slack out the frozen food in the refrigerator to start feed the next day. Some say to microwave the food to thaw it, that just kills the food nutritional value and you are just feeding cooked meat. We have worked in the past on you goni and I am thinking if you try this for at least a month you will see a difference.

Thanks for the tag @jsker and I appreciate your support by using our products. I just wanted to mention that we do not recommend thawing more food than can be used for a single feeding, or at most by the end of the day. Our foods (and PE Mysis) contain no artificial preservatives therefore lipids and fats start to degrade a few hours after thawing. Thawing out "enough frozen food for a week" is not a best practice and I wouldn't want hobbyists to start doing it on a wide spread basis. Thawing a small amount of food just before feeding is the most optimal way to guarantee the freshness and integrity of the product is maintained. Good luck and thanks again!

Feed twice a day then, fish will be happier

I dont mind the high ish numbers, my corals love it and the tank is stabilizing well, ive tried to avoid using gfo, as it stripped my 30 of all phos....so ive decided to let the tank run its course... different style i guess but its worked so far. Fingers crossed.

I broadcast feed with out thawing. Let the water do the work, ive never questioned myself, any issue in this method? I do thaw in a syringe for spot feeding nems and coral

@Psiber_Syn talk to @Randy Holmes-Farley about ways to dose nutrients
