Thanks! This time of the year my reef receives a little natural sunlight at the end of the day. He was not in full sun, but so brightly lit that I had to snap a photo.
Very nice... How long have you had him? And what have u been feeding? I've been wanting one of these guys for a while but just put pods in the fudge a few days ago. May wait until I have a good population.

I've had him for almost a year. He's the only thing in the tank that eats pods and I plan to keep it that way. I initially stocked with tisbe pods about a month before I purchased him and I knew my tank was ready because they were everywhere. In the last couple of months he's taken a liking to mysid shrimp and gobbles them up just like every other fish in my reef.

Beautiful fish but it may be a Jamie males have a long spike off of dorsal fin females don't.

It's funny how pictures can be deceiving like that.Wow Steve, you calling my fish a girl?!!LOL, just kidding! Actually he's got the long spike, just don't know why it can't be seen in the photo.
